Roy is passionate about food, photography and wine. He enjoys preparing, serving and, of course, consuming delicious food, wine and an occasional fine cigar. He learned basic cooking skills from his mother during his early teens in the late 50′s. Fast forward to 1990 when he was inspired to move from basic to gourmet recipes and began hosting monthly dinner parties in his home for friends and family. He was a personal in Northern California for 3 years; 2005-2007.
