The Rusty and Unfit Football League was founded in 2010. It was created by a group of friends that wanted to play football, but did not want to commit to the full schedule that a normal team would undertake. We either have not played in a long time, or we are unfit. We are always looking for new prospective players, as we have just expanded to our fourth team.
