Located between East Hampton and Bridgehampton, Main Beach Surf and Sport has provided surfing lessons and kayak tours in the Hamptons for over 20 years. We know these waters by heart, giving lessons everywhere from Watermill to East Hampton to Montauk, and taking tours to beautiful areas like Georgica pond, Sagg pond, Northwest Harbor, Sag Harbor and Three Mile Harbor. We specialize in stand up paddleboarding, and we give SUP lessons and tours every day.
