We are an Industrial and Provident Society (No 16849) with charitable status operating on a 'not for profit' basis. We are registered with the Tenant Services Authority which regulates housing associations. Our registration number is LH0870. The association manages over 550 homes in Gravesham, Dartford and Maidstone. We also provide supported housing for young people and purpose build housing for people with learning and physical disabilities.
