Why Holy Cloaks? Holy Cloak stoles are unique in several ways. Each stole has a tiny mustard seed tucked inside. This “Seed” is to remind us that our faith is like a mustard seed. It begins as one of the smallest of seeds and grows into a large tree with many branches. Our faith, like the mustard seed, begins when we are very small and grows through out our lives, continually growing and reaching new heights.
