The Children’s Disability Training and Advocacy Network (CDTAN) is a registered non-profit, community-driven organization established in Uganda. Its mission is to build a society where every child with a disability is respected, lives with dignity, and has access to equal rights and opportunities. The creation of CDTAN stemmed from the Akwenda Intervention Program, which was launched in Uganda’s Iganga and Mayuge districts.
