Marsabit Botanical Garden was started on 1st march 2020, by Galgallo Roba who is young Environmental conservationist from Marsabit county, Northern Kenya. He was motivated to start botanical garden in order to achieve his desire to conserve environment and introduce new ways of conserving plants among the indigenous and pastoralist community of Northern Kenya.
