RICE BUSINESS SECTOR ASSOCIATION The rice business association is limited by guarantee; it embraces whoever comes as long as they are in the rice sector. The RBSA works with the farmers, millers and traders. Rice is the second revenue-generating crop in the world; the main aim is to promote and improve the rice business in Uganda.
