Laura offers 8 week courses in Mindfulness, called Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and her courses are grounded in the work of the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University in Wales. The programs include experiential guided mindfulness practices and draw on neuroscience and psychology.
