The official Name of the organization is HOPE MBALE. The Organization was founded in 2009 with an aim of delivering HIV/STI services to the marginalized/vulnerable groups due to high prevalence rate among them. Besides, access and demand for quality health services was extremely poor; there was incomplete information; low HIV risk perception; health care seeking behavior; stigma and discrimination.
