CFYDC (Chance) was initially set up to counter act the social problems in the deprived communities within Leeds. By giving vulnerable young people an environment where they could grow in confidence & achieve their goals through positive activities. The sole purpose of Chapeltown Youth Development Centre's existence is to make a difference in young people's lives.
