Key Access Institute, LLC and its staffing division, Key Surgical Assistants of Texas, were founded by Mary C. Valentine, a Licensed Surgical Assistant with over 20 years of surgical experience. Key has been staffing operating rooms with superior surgical assistants since 2004. To broaden the staffing pool of highly educated and skilled surgical assistants, Key established a surgical-focused career school in 2010, which trains tomorrow’s surgical professionals.
