Vidurashwatha is a small village in Gouribidanur taluk, chickballapur district. It is about 80 kms from Bengaluru. Sri Ashwatha Narayana Swamy temple in vidurashwatha is one of the ancient temples in India. The peepal tree here is believed to be worshiped by Vidura in Mahabharata after Kurukshethra war.
