Dr Tirupati Panigrahi visited inaccessible Dumbada Gram panchayat. He was welcomed by the local community with enthusiasm and was given a traditional ceremonial welcome with Adivasi Dance and music. There were gathering of 1000 Odd Adivasis to meet Dr Panigrahi. Dr. Panigrahi did a padayatra of 5 villages of the panchayat and finally held a open public meeting at headquarter of Dumbada grama panchayat.
