Swagga, Born Augustine Kavindu did not grow up in an urban setting like other top musicians but developed the ear for urban music when living in Mwingi, a small town in Kenya now a rapidly growing city. He sta performing in 1996, at the age of 9 In 2005, he recorded his first single Wazim which later featured in his debut album Ndani yangu published in 2008.
