Starzs Marine Engineering Limited (SMEL) is a limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria on 28th October, 1992. SMEL is the operator of Starzs Shipyard, the oldest privately-owned indigenous ship repair yard in the country, which is located in the Oil and Gas Free Zone Onne, Rivers State.
