Time to Talk UK provides an empathy based mental health peer support service in a safe, fully confidential, carefully supervised and moderated online environment, where members are able to share their feelings, combat loneliness and support each other, 7 days a week. We run daily exercises to celebrate victories, random acts of kindness and self-care. Clubs take place monthly on various themes, including books, music and arts clubs.
