Sligo Alliance Jiu Jitsu
Sligo Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was formally established in 2008 with the aim of providing the people of Sligo with an effective system of self-defence, fitness and enjoyment. Jiu Jitsu is taught at the club by Ryan Smyth, Morgan Smyth, and Mickey Downs, who all have been students of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for many years. Training is held every Monday night in the C.R.I.B. Youth Centre, Rockwood Parade, Sligo. Everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome to attend.
