Towards the end of the year 2003, exactly ten years ago, based on their resolution to leave the world in a better form than they have met it, a couple of young men, gather together to discuss their contributions and impacts to their immediate environment and to the world as a whole. After a while, they observed to form themselves into a forum, which will act as a fulcrum of their activities.
