Baird Brewing is a joint partnership between Bryan and Sayuri Baird. Started in 2000 in Numazu, we strive to make the finest beers from local ingredients using traditional brewing methods. With 12 year-round beers and a regularly rotating schedule of seasonal beers, we aim to explore the depths of craft beer.
