Musa Behi Abdi (born in 1948, Hargeisa) is a Somaliland politician and former military officer. Musa Behi went Amoud secondary school. After graduation he pursued his higher education and enrolled Djembe Air Force Academy where he studied aeronautics and became a pilot for Somali Air Force. Later on, Muse went Washington where he joined Fort Lee Academy and earned his second Masters Degree.
