The idea 'Win n Yake' was a dream conceived in 2004 by Aiya Isaac which became a reality when the company was established in 2009. It was a response to the yearning for more quality and affordable student accommodation around a Pretoria and Hatfield in particular. Currently, the primary focus of the compnay is to provide quality and affordable accommodation to the students of University of Pretoria.
