LungRunners is a Non Profit Organisation (NPO) in Cape Town South Africa with the goal of helping those affected by lung cancer and those in need. We aim to raise funds and assist children afflicted as well as disabled fellows. We run to live, we run to help. Our champion has only 1 lung.
