Growing Alliances is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to connect youth foster care to local jobs through agriculture in order to help build future skills. A major goal of Growing Alliances is to decrease the number of youth transitioning out of foster care and into unemployment, incarceration, and homelessness by providing paths towards financial stability.
