Professional Mediation Service
Mediation is a process in which an impartial person (mediator) guides the parties involved in lawsuits for divorce, divorce modification, child custody and/or visitation or any type of business dispute or civil court action to come to an understanding of the issues in the dispute and attempt to reach an agreement that is acceptable to all parties. A mediator is not an attorney and does not represent either party. A mediation is totally confidential.
