The Inspired Kitchen is owned and operated by Alethea Copelas, a food educator, chef and holistic nutrition coach based in Massachusetts. The Inspired Kitchen offers plant-based cooking classes, health and wellness workshops as well as nutrition coaching. Alethea is also the author of the cookbook The Inspired Plate, which focuses on the philosophy “healthy, wholesome food should not only nourish you, it should taste good!”
