A recent addition to the Galway food scene and the brain child of Aidan Scanlan and Mark Cambell, Tosnú Restaurant is a small establishment on No14 Upper Abbeygate Street. Two vastly experienced chefs, coming together to open a restaurant with the intentions of using mostly locally sourced produce from up the road cheese mongers, locally growing vegetable, to out of town farmers and fish mongers; keeping it as local as possible is the key to our growing success.
