Farmer Palmer is actually Dave Palmer. Dave planted his first crop of garlic in 2010 with only 25 bulbs. Over the past 6 years, he’s doubled his crop exponentially every year so that he now has 6000 bulbs in the ground ready to harvest! Each clove is hand planted by Dave, and he takes great pride in the being able to offer the finest organically grown garlic in the area.
