Synapta CIC
Based in the UK, (mostly within the NHS) Synapta is creating an innovative and contemporary, open source collaboration system for health and social care. We are focussing our technical work on the more effective representation and execution of computable care plans, automated workflows, guidelines and service pathways. The emphasis will continue to be on making them practical and as easy to use as possible. The Synapta Wiki is used to share and update the output from our work.
