I say Dekel Designs started last year but many people in my life may claim it started years ago. I have always been very creative, preferring to make a gift instead of buying one and always wrapping it to perfection. I am all about the wrapping! To the point when someone says they don't want to open their gift and ruin their wrapping then I know I have done a great job!
