The Athletic Centre
The Athletic Centre at RIM PARK includes a fully equipped fitness facility that provides convenient access for off-ice conditioning, training services, and assessments for our skaters. Our training staff are certified and experienced working with young athletes and also offer personal training, team training and fitness testing services to the general public. Day passes as well as seasonal and annual memberships to our fitness centre are also available to the general public.
