Based in West Bromwich in the West Midlands, we offer inclusive and safe training for all ages and abilities. We meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Gayton Road Community centre and have dedicated childrens and adultskarate classes. We teach Wado-Ryu, which is a blend of traditional Japanese karate and ju-jitsu martial art based on relaxation, speed and technique, making it ideal for anybody to practice irrespective of age or gender.
