I am a Master's level counselor offering individual, family, couple and child therapy. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress, as well as drug and addiction issues. Since 1988, I have worked with children's trauma related issues in homes, schools, hospitals, institutions and foster care settings. My office is in West Olympia, very close to downtown. Apple Health and other insurances are accepted. I employ mindfulness and family systems theory in my work.
