The Mayor’s Crisis Response Team (CRT) is a volunteer organization committed to providing resorces and support to survivors of crisis situations in the City of Los Angeles. The CRT is part of the Department of Homeland Defense and Managed by the Office of Mayor Eric Garcetti.
