The Be Happy Yoga Project is a co-operative social enterprise based in Leicester. We offer programmes based on the teachings of yoga that are designed to empower individuals to positively transform their lives. We focus on at risk and underserved communities who do not have access to existing services. We work with local partner organisations; charities, community organisations, social enterprises and public bodies to offer our courses to their existing users. We also teach yoga for autism.
