This website is to offer support to women who have been a victim of a sexual assault. I am not a professional counsellor or medical practioner but I am a survivor of a voilent sexual assault just three years ago. My journey to get my life back has given me knowledge and strength to assist others. This website will focus on meditation, mindfullness and self awareness and group support from others who are on a journey of recovery or have recovered as well.
