CitizenLab is a civic engagement platform on which citizens co-create their city. The platform facilitates a mutual communication between the city government and their citizens. CitizenLab is a medium for the citizens to post ideas, to interact on them and to upvote the best. On the other hand, the local government uses CitizenLab to let its citizens participate in its policy through crowdvoting (e.g. budget allocation).
