NSERT was founded to provide Staten Island residents with a trained Emergency rescue team available to assist them with emergency response and rescue 24/7/365. We are a group of First Responders who actively assist the community when we are needed. Our members undergo extensive training and are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, Swiftwater Rescue, Search and Rescue (Urban and Wildland), Rope Rescue, Hi/Low Attitude Rescue just to name a few.
