The Selenium Research Institute is a non-profit, social-benefit company incorporated in South Africa. Our mission is to help facilitate and conduct clinical trials of selenium against various diseases in cooperation with national health authorities of African countries. All our clinical trials are approved by the relevant authorities within the ministries of health of the countries in which they are conducted and are supervised by qualified scientists, PhDs, and medical doctors.
