Training Spartan Pankration, and incorporating influences from other functional, combat-tested systems. We offer functional, real-world, survial based combat expertise. We train armed and unarmed techniques to protect yourself in the modern world including, but not limited to: dirty boxing, knives, batons, and tactical gunfighting. We offer multi-discipline, cage-tested, competitive Mixed Martial Arts. We train Pankration, and our coaches are also versed in a variety of common MMA styles.
