At the Y-knot Project we are pasionate about seeing young people be all they can be. We provide a bespoke mix of 1:1 to mentoring, workshops & award winning courses to help young people see and live life differently by helping them build character and resilience. We specialise in developing emotional intelligence and helping young people to manage their emotions and express themselves in positive and constructive ways.
