Metric LB is a consultancy firm located in Lebanon. Our mission is to help companies discover their real processes (as is) as opposed to the (should be) processes, using process mining techniques, and drawing on the expertise of market leading technology partners. An event log is extracted from the Information System and replayed on existing model to analyze deviations, bottlenecks, and compliance.
