Honeymoon Brewery produces kombucha style beers in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As a female owned brewery we focus on healthy brews, combining our love for kombucha and beer. We use fresh hop varieties, local honey, spring water and wild yeasts to craft the southwest's first alcoholic kombucha ale.
