The National Design School was established in Patna in 2009 by Rakesh Sinha, Multimedia Professional who had accepted the position of Creative Director for Artoonz Media. he opened the new school in a rented loft at 3rd Floor Saraswati Niwas, Exhibition Road to teach Engineering Design, animation and advertising art.
