Fitness Hooligans are all about ending the mind numbing and agonizing pain of typical cardio you do in a gym. My ideal workout will combine strength, conditioning, community, and fun workouts that will keep you interested. I’ll teach proper form in the squat, press, deadlift, pull up, and all the variations of each exercises.
