It was in 1988 that NorthWind restaurant came up in North Bangalore. Inaugurated by the former Prime Minister of India, Sri HD Deve Gowda, it had all the makings of a landmark for the connoisseurs of fine dining. Like the aroma from its kitchen, the word spread about its delectable delicacies, especially the Coorg and Mangalorean culinary delights.
