ICA Dojo teaches Integrated Combat Arts. We focus on practical & effective self defence, delivered in a safe, supportive environment. Our black belts include women and men, and our students come to us to learn in a safe environment, to be trained in a variety of formats in order to maintain safety regardless of the scenario (including stand-up, grappling, and weapons defence).
