When Fat Momma’s was first imagined we wanted re-create what all of those Mediterranean countries do so well. Fresh, flavoursome, rustic recipes that all the family can enjoy together. We wanted to serve exceptional food, but our aim was to create a relaxed environment, with a ‘local’ feel, inspired by long evenings sipping wine and eating great food under a Mediterranean sunset, surround by friends and family.
