A leader in Sri Lanka’s financial services industry, LB Finance PLC was established in 1971 under the Companies Ordinance No. 51 of 1938 as a Private Company and was subsequently converted in to a Public Company on 29th September 1982. It was listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange on 30th December 1997 and is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011 while it has a rating of A- by RAM Ratings Lanka.
