Heart of oak builds hand built high quality 19 ft Swampscott dories. Our dories come in a rowing or sailing model both have an area for an outboard engine. Heart of oak uses up to date technology but builds classic traditional beautiful dories. We use awlgrip paint, cypress and epay wood, superior hand layup with high quality resin and glass. All stainless steel hardware. They use dacron sails, and their signature bronze castings. There's no other boat out there as nice for the price!
